9. Uploading Documents

- Navigate to the Documents tab in the MyCase Client Portal.

- Select the appropriate case from the dropdown menu, ensuring that your message is directed to the relevant legal professionals.
- Choose the recipients from your legal team who should receive the message.
- Enter the subject line and compose your message in the designated field.
- Once you’re satisfied with your message, click “Send” to securely deliver it to your legal team.

11. Managing Invoices and Payments
- Access the Billing tab in the MyCase Client Portal.
- In the Invoice List, you’ll find a comprehensive overview of all your invoices.
- Click on an individual invoice to view the details and review the contents.
- If your law firm is enrolled with MyCase Payments, you’ll have the option to click on “Pay Now” for online payment.
- Follow the prompts to enter your payment information securely.
- Choose your preferred payment method, whether it’s credit card or eCheck.
- Make a partial or full payment, depending on the invoice amount.
- Confirm your payment and receive a confirmation receipt for your records.
